The Facility
Russell Equestrian Center is a beautiful 57 acre facility located northwest of San Antonio, just minutes outside Loop 1604, off I-10 in the beautiful Texas Hill  Country.
The facility offers three sand arenas, wooded trails, cross country jumps and plenty of open space for hacking. In addition, it offers five large turnout areas.
Amenities at this 24 hour manned facility include spacious 12 x 12 box stalls, a convenient tack room providing boarders with personal lockers for storing equipment, and wash areas with hot and cold water. You can comfortably watch the many activities from the large windowed lounge area.
Services
Russell Equestrian Center is a full service barn, offering various care packages to suit your individual needs. Our packages range from simple feed/clean services to full grooming and saddling. Also offered is a range of training programs to suit you and your horse's needs.
 Lessons are offered six days a week, Tuesday through Sunday, on our horse or yours. We provide both public lessons and private boarders with a complete equestrian experience, including instruction in both riding and care of the horse.
This very active show barn participates in the many "A" rated hunter/jumper shows in Texas and the surrounding states, often taking our more experienced riders to competitions in Mexico. Competition at the local schooling shows is also encouraged. Three day event riders are very active at this facility. The location is ideal for early spring conditioning of event horses.
